Charlar Showcase - Vendor Application

Thank you for being a participant at the Charlar Bridal Showcase. By signing below, you agree to pay the participation fee of $75.00

Each participant must set up their own display between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on the day of the event.  We also require that your stay for the duration of the event and clean your area at the conclusion of the event.

 We will provide your business with an original Charlar Showcase Flyer for the use of copies to share with your clients.

Again, set up time is from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. the day of the event. We will provide tables, chairs and linen (some skirting is available on a first come, first serve basis.) If you have any special needs, please list them below.  Also list any major equipment, etc. you are planning on bringing so we can ensure everyone has enough space.
